They are originally from Venezuela, mainly from the state of Lara

They are a super sandwich filled with beef, chicken or both.

Made with a very soft bread on the inside but toasted and crunchy on the outside called "canilla"

It is usually accompanied with vegetables, cheeses, sauces and many more ingredients
