LAW ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (LSSI-CE)

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby provided:

DOMAINS

That the following domains, hereinafter referred to as the Website, are registered in the name of the following entities:
• Domain www.laragrill.es, registered to Lara Grill, with its registered office at Calle Santa Engracia 87, Madrid, and holder of CIF B88292560, hereinafter referred to as THE OWNER.

USE CONDITIONS

I.- USERS The access to and/or use of the Website grants the status of user to the person who performs it, who, from that very moment, fully and unreservedly accepts these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions which, where appropriate, may complement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENT The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and content without contravening applicable law, good faith, generally accepted practices, and public order. Likewise, the use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes against THE OWNER or any third party, or in any way that could cause damage or impede the normal functioning of the Website, is strictly prohibited.

With regard to the content (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is prohibited:
• Its reproduction, distribution, or modification, unless authorized by the legitimate holders or legally permitted.
• Any infringement of the rights of THE OWNER or the legitimate holders thereof.
• Its use for any commercial or advertising purposes other than those strictly permitted.
• Any attempt to obtain the content of the Website by means other than those made available to users, as well as those commonly used on the internet, provided that such means do not cause any damage to the Website.

III.- UNILATERAL MODIFICATION THE OWNER may, at any time and without prior notice, unilaterally modify, whenever deemed appropriate, the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or remove the services, content, and conditions of access and/or use thereof.

IV.- HYPERLINKS The establishment of any “hyperlink” between a web page and the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:
• The total or partial reproduction of any of the services or content of the Website is not permitted.
• Unless previously and expressly authorized, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to THE OWNER.
• Under no circumstances shall THE OWNER be responsible for the content or services made available to the public on the web page from which the “hyperlink” is established, nor for the information and statements contained therein.

V.- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY THE OWNER does not grant any warranty and shall in no case be held liable for damages of any kind that may arise from:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance, and proper functioning of the Website and/or its services or content.
  • The lack of usefulness, adequacy, or validity of the Website and/or its services or content to meet specific needs, activities, results, or user expectations.
  • The presence of viruses, malicious programs, or harmful elements in the content.
  • The reception, obtaining, storage, dissemination, or transmission of content by users.
  • The unlawful, negligent, or fraudulent use of the Website, its services, or content by users, or any use contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness, and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to users on the Website.
  • The failure by third parties to comply with their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the Website.

VI.- DURATION The provision of the Website service and its services is of an indefinite nature. Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms set out in Condition Three.

VII.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Owners of each Website and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any issues that may arise or actions that may be brought in relation to the provision of the Website service and its services and content, as well as regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with the provisions herein. In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the Owners of each Website and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

UNSUBSCRIPTION FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the Information Society Services Law 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility of opting out of receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the moment they express their wish to do so by sending an email to contacto@laragrill.es.
